Your data is sensitive. Here is exactly what we collect, how we protect it, and your rights.
Section 1
Every partner powering this platform has its own SOC 2 certification. Your data lives on infrastructure that has been independently audited and certified to the highest industry standards.
Data isolation
Every organization's data is completely isolated. Your onboarding records, employee details, and manager packages are never accessible to other organizations on the platform.
Encryption in transit
All data transmitted between your browser and 30·60·180 is encrypted using HTTPS/TLS. We do not serve any content over unencrypted connections.
Encryption at rest
Your data is stored in Neon's encrypted PostgreSQL database using AES-256 encryption. Encryption keys are managed using AWS KMS with key rotation policies in place.
Authentication security
Sign-in is handled by Clerk, which includes bot detection, brute-force protection, MFA support, and active session monitoring. We do not store passwords.
Magic link security
Managers and new hires access their content via unique token-based magic links. Each link is tied to a specific person and onboarding. Links do not expose other users' data.
Access controls
HR users must be authenticated and belong to your organization to access your dashboard. Admin access is restricted to authorized personnel only.
Section 2
Clerk
Handles all user authentication, session management, and organization access controls.
Neon
Hosts your organization's data in an encrypted PostgreSQL database.
Vercel
Hosts and serves the 30·60·180 application globally.
Resend
Delivers all transactional emails including manager notifications, new hire dashboards, and check-in emails.
Anthropic
Powers the AI-assisted content generation in the manager package builder.
Cloudflare
Provides file storage via R2 and global CDN protection.
Section 3
When you use 30·60·180, your HR team enters information about the people being onboarded: name, work email address, job title, department, and start date. We also collect the names and email addresses of managers and skip-level reviewers you designate. All data is entered directly by your organization's HR users -- we do not collect data from third-party sources.
We also collect standard account information when you sign up, including your name and email address, which is handled by Clerk (our authentication provider).
We use the data you enter solely to deliver the 30·60·180 service: sending onboarding notifications and packages to managers, delivering welcome notes from skip-levels, and populating the day-one dashboard for your new hires. We also use start date information to schedule automated check-in emails at 7, 30, 60, and 180 days.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share it with any party beyond the vendors listed above.
Section 4
When a manager uses the AI assist feature, their input is sent to Anthropic's API to generate suggested onboarding content. Anthropic does not use API inputs for model training by default. You can read more at anthropic.com/privacy.
AI-generated content is always reviewed and edited by the manager before it is sent to a new hire. We do not use AI to make decisions about employees.
Section 5
We retain your organization's data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your account, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you wish to reactivate, and then permanently deleted.
You can request immediate deletion of your organization's data at any time by emailing support@3060180.com. We will permanently delete all records within 30 days of your request.
Section 6
You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you or your organization. To exercise these rights, email us at support@3060180.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Section 7
As part of an onboarding, 30·60·180 invites new hires and their managers to share brief, optional check-ins at key milestones (around days 1, 30, 60, and 180). These check-ins ask how confident and supported the new hire feels, and how their manager views the transition, using simple 1-to-5 ratings and an optional free-text comment.
Participation is voluntary, and the free-text comments are written by the participant. We use this information solely to help the employer's HR team understand how onboarding is going and support the new hire. We do not use it for advertising, sell it, or share it outside the employer's organization and our sub-processors.
Sentiment responses are visible to the HR administrators at the employer organization and may be included in reports they export. They are retained for the duration of the onboarding and for a limited period afterward, then deleted or anonymized in line with our data-retention policy. Participants may request deletion of their responses at any time.
Section 8
If you have a privacy question, discover a vulnerability, or want to request our vendor compliance documentation, email us at support@3060180.com. We take security seriously and will respond within 24 hours.
Section 9
If you subscribe to our mailing list at 3060180.com/subscribe, we collect your email address and use Resend to manage subscriptions and deliver email. We do not share your email address with anyone else. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting support@3060180.com.
